Meet the Team

Holly Smith

Holly manages human resources and internal operations for Skyline. A former college softball player, she is our team's utility player with diverse work experience and a masterful command of internal logistics learned by being a mom of many. Prior to co-founding Skyline, Holly worked full-time in field development for a grassroots advocacy organization. She has also worked on public relations campaigns, government contracts, writing projects, and newsletter publishing.

Holly is a graduate of Seattle University. With her husband Loren, she is raising nine amazing kids from 20 to 4 and one beautiful Bernese Mountain dog.

Karen Perry

Karen handles operations, web consulting and development, contracted client services, and all things procedural. With a passion for details and analysis, Karen seeks to serve clients and colleagues in finding detailed, complete, and efficient solutions.

Prior to joining the Skyline team, Karen honed her skills in operations management, team leadership, and web development at firms including MicroNeil Research Corporation, Computer Science Corporation, and Acuent, Inc. She has also lent her web consulting experience to several non-profit organizations.

Karen has an MBA from Boston University and Bachelor of Science from James Madison University.
